Senator Donley requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                    
HOUSE BILL NO. 308(JUD) An Act relating to the Uniform                         
Probate Code, including nonprobate transfers, guardianships, trusts,           
and multiple-party accounts; relating to the Uniform Simultaneous              
Death Act; and providing for an effective date be taken up.                    
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 308(JUD) was before the Senate on                        
reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Donley moved that the bill be returned to second reading for           
the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 1.               
Without objection, the bill was returned to second reading.
